Returns/Refund

We understand the circumstances, and that’s why Odore is dedicated to making the return/exchange process easy. Contact our customer support team via email or social media to initiate the return/exchange process.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days from delivery date have gone unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If products are defected/damaged (if applicable)

We replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error to be reported instantly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at odoreparis@gmail.com .

Products cannot be replaced or returned if they do not have a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In the case of returns for products purchased through Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 1 Get 2nd at X Price, Discount promotions or with free items, the following conditions apply:

If you decide to return the purchased item, you must also return the free item or the second item purchased at a discount.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any tags or packaging intact.
Refunds or exchanges will be provided only for the entire set of items purchased through the promotion. If any item from the promotion is missing or not returned, the refund or exchange will be processed based on the value of the items returned, excluding the free item or the second item purchased at a discount.
